Affording Southfield School
In our effort to enroll the most qualified students, Southfield is committed to providing tuition assistance for families from a range of socio-economic backgrounds. We are the only private school in the area to offer Variable Tuition, a plan based on factors such as household income and number of children.
Families new to Southfield are encouraged to apply for variable tuition as soon as possible. Returning families who would like to be considered for a tuition discount through our variable tuition program are encouraged to apply by Southfield’s Priority Deadline of March 1. Southfield School will communicate your family’s expected contribution upon completion of the FACTS Variable Tuition application process.

Payment Plan Options
Tuition is due in full by June 15th to avoid payment plan fees and tuition insurance.
Also available is a 2-semester plan which carries a payment plan fee of 3.38% of tuition, and a 10-month plan which carries a payment plan fee equal to 6.75% of tuition (after Variable Tuition is applied).
Semester and monthly plans require participation in the Tuition Insurance Plan which carries a fee of 1.9% of tuition (after Variable Tuition is applied).
Tuition Deposit for New Student
A non-refundable $400 deposit, due at the time of online enrollment, will be applied to the first tuition payment.
