The Swiftie Social

Coordinator: Allison Taylor and Donna Mitchell

Are you Ready For It? Because this isn’t just an after-school experience…it’s a whole Love Story! Step into your favorite era and join us for The Swiftie Social, where we’ll spend the afternoon crafting friendship bracelets, trading them with new friends, and singing along to the greatest hits from Taylor Swift. Grab your friends, bring your creativity, and let’s make the whole place shimmer!

Color Pop Polymer Clay Mirror Workshop

Coordinator: Nikki Lozano

Students will design and create a colorful, one-of-a-kind decorative mirror using polymer clay techniques. During this experience, students will explore color mixing, texture, pattern, and sculptural design as they build a custom clay frame around a mirror form. All mirrors will be baked, sealed, and assembled after the workshop and sent home the following week as a finished keepsake. This experience encourages creativity, fine-motor development, and artistic confidence in a joyful environment.

Mini Masterpiece’s: Fluid Acrylic Pouring Painting

Coordinator: Nikki Lozano

Students will explore the exciting world of fluid acrylic pour painting while creating their own vibrant 6x6 canvas artwork. During this 2-hour hands-on experience, participants will learn pouring methods and creative composition as they design a one-of-a-kind abstract masterpiece. No prior art experience is needed…just a willingness to experiment, create, and have fun! Finished paintings will dry in the art studio, sealed and sent home later in the week. This experience encourages creativity, confidence, and joyful artistic expression in a supportive environment.

Happy Hats

Coordinator: Katie Dyer and Lauren Teepell

Design your own custom trucker hat in this fun, hands-on after-school experience with Ms. Dyer and Mrs. Teepell! Students will use patches, fabric markers, and other cool decorations to create a hat that shows off their unique style. Sporty, sparkly, bold, or silly - every designer will leave with a one-of-a-kind hat they’ll love to wear.

Summertime Sunnies

Coordinator: Katie Dyer and Felicia Smeltzer

Design your own custom sunglasses in this creative after-school experience with Ms. Dyer and Mrs. Smeltzer! Students will decorate their shades using gems and fun embellishments to show off their one-of-a-kind style. Bright, bold, sparkly, or silly - every designer will leave with a pair of sunglasses that’s as unique as they are!

Mahjong

Coordinator: Susannah Ferris

Discover the fun of Mahjong with Mrs. Ferris! Using Mini Mahjer game sets, we’ll learn how to play this classic tile game, practice strategies, and enjoy friendly competition. Whether you’re brand new or already know the basics, you’ll have the chance to build your skills, think strategically, and compete - with opportunities to win weekly prizes along the way!

Kids that Code! Coding Club

Coordinator: Genevieve Saulter

Have you ever wanted to code? Do you like video games? Join Ms. Saulter for a fun introduction to coding using block based programming. In this club, we'll gain experience coding different types of games through Code.org. No experience necessary. Come check it out! If you've been coding for a little while now, it's time to step up your game!

Running Club

Coordinator: Genevieve Saulter

Running Club is all about having fun and staying active! For six Mondays, students in Kindergarten through 4th grade meet after school to run, jog, walk, and play. We mix in movement-based games each week to keep things exciting, and every runner gets a snack to refuel before we get started. It’s a great way to burn energy, enjoy time with friends, and build healthy habits—no experience needed, just comfy shoes and a big smile! All NEW running club members will receive a running club t-shirt.

Pickleball Club

In this club, students will experience a mix of activity, strategy and social interaction as we learn and play pickleball. All NEW club members will receive a Pickleball shirt!
