Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
Demonstrates patience, warmth, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Ability to actively engage with children indoors and outdoors and lift up to 40 pounds.
