Every Eagle Belongs
At Southfield School, each individual brings unique value, dignity, and worth to our community. We recognize that diversity includes differences in race, religion, gender, age, physical ability, socioeconomic background, family structure, and ethnic origin. With open minds and hearts, we cultivate a school culture where all are welcomed, differences are celebrated, and belonging is encouraged and deeply felt. As we learn from one another, we seek to understand our differences and discover the common ground that unites us.
