We offer a memorable summer experience where campers PS4-8th grade can cultivate their strengths across a broad range of camps that solidify STEAM concepts in a fun and relaxed play-based environment. Author Antics 

June 3rd-7th

Let’s explore the beloved books (If You Give a Mouse a Cookie If You Give a Moose A Muffin, etc.) written by Laura Numeroff. We will sing, paint and cook our way through this imaginative week of literary fun.

Campers will step back into time as we experience oldies but goodies from the roaring ’20s.

Lower & Middle School Camp Sessions 

Help your children cultivate their passions this summer with Southfield Summer Camp. Our sessions are designed with intention to stimulate curious minds and keep your children engaged and learning while having fun. Our integrated programming has students working across concepts in STEAM while they engage in activities they love.  For our Lower and Middle School campers, we offer themed weeks with a daily rotating schedule that includes cooking, PE, technology, and arts and crafts. We also offer Specialized Camps (pricing and schedule for those camps are indicated within the descriptions).

Spark your camper’s interest with a week full of robotic fun! Your camper will learn how to design their own robots and program them to detect touch, light, and sound. 

 

Wild About Reading

Make reading, writing, and creative expression fun in this week-long camp. Campers will participate in small group activities along with tons of hands-on learning fun. 

Game Changers

This camp is one week full of game development, which includes the use of programs like 3DsMax, Photoshop and Unity. We will make games and play games while making new friends and  having gaming FUN!

Dollhouse vs. Superhero Lair

June 3rd-7th; July 29-Aug 2nd: $150 + $45 (SUPPlies)

Rising 1st-8th Graders • 12:00-3:00 pm
Camp led by Jenny Gauthier

Campers will design, construct, and decorate their very own model house. Young architects will completely customize their own home including painting, printing wallpaper, building furniture, and creating characters. Your camper can design a pet palace, a superhero hide-out, a fire station, a dream world…the possibilities are endless! 

All Sports Camp

July 22nd-26th; July 29th-Aug 2nd: $150.00

Rising 1st-8th Graders • 9:00 am-noon
Camp led by Coach Carly Feightner 
Fill your days with PE and sports-related activities. Included are soccer, flag-tag, scooter hockey, eagle ball, and many, many more! Please wear athletic shoes and clothing.

Clay Camp 

June 17th-21st: $150 + $45 (SUPPLIES)

Join us for a week of ceramic fun! Artists will experiment with many hand-building and glazing methods. Ceramics will be available for pick-up 1-2 weeks after the conclusion of the camp. 

Express Yourself

July 22nd-26th: $150 + $45 (supplies)

Rising 1st-8th Graders • 12:00-3:00 pm 
Camp led by Jenny Gauthier 
Experiment with a variety of art methods including drawing, painting, and sculpting. Campers will develop their creative skills while making new friends and having FUN!

All Things Yarn (Fiber Arts Camp) 

July 8th-12th: $150 + $45 (Supplies)

Rising 2nd-8th Graders • 12:00-3:00 pm
Camp led by Jenny Gauthier
Spend the week tangled-up in yarn! Campers will learn a variety of fiber arts methods including knitting, weaving, sewing, and felting.
