Application Info. – Southfield School

• PS2 Exploration applicants must be 2 by August 1st

• A Preschool visit will be scheduled

• A current teacher recommendation may be requested

• Applicants should be 4 or 5 by September 1st

• Previous school records will be requested (if applicable)

• A school visit and developmental/skills screening will be scheduled

• Teacher recommendation form completed by child’s current teacher

• Previous school records, including standardized test scores

• Writing sample

• Teacher recommendation form completed by the child’s current teacher

• Applicant will be invited to spend a day at Southfield and an admissions test will be administered
