Middle School students participated in the Arkansas Foreign Language Teachers Association State Competitionin April.

Southfield took 2^nd place for French Drama (Bradley Potts, Will Flowers, Amy Beth Shirley, Lauren Carey, Logan Green and Graeme Weinland).  On level 1 French, we took 2^nd (Logan Green) and 3^rd (Bradley Potts) place in Extemporaneous Reading; 3^rd place in Poetry Recitation (Graeme Weinland); and 3^rd place in Extemporaneous Speaking (Lauren Carey).
