Do you have an old box in the attic with pieces of your Southfield memories? Then the "Southfield Collection" is the place for you. Southfield's archives are maintained at the Archives and Special collections Department of the LSU-S Noel Memorial Library. This is a central, safe place to deposit items that help to tell the story, not only of Southfield, but of Shreveport and the people who have lived here.

The archives staff repairs, cleans, catalogs and preserves all these precious materials so that they will be available to researchers and others who are interested in the history and long tradition of excellence at Southfield School. All items in the collection are the property of Southfield School under the custodianship of the Noel Memorial Library. We are able to check this material out to use at alumni socials, reunions and other school or alumni functions. Your dues in the Alumni Association help maintain the archives for the school.
