Margaret Holt joined Southfield as the Art Director in 2010. She has a M.Ed from Centenary College and a BS from LSU. Margaret has over 40 years experience in education.

Hi everyone!! This my first entry, so I'm hoping this works!
I am so excited to be teaching middle school again! Welcome to art!
I will have 8th grade for only 9 weeks, so I want to make the most of our time together.
Each day, the students will begin the art class with an art "warm-up" for the first 5 minutes of class. I will have a simple still life or object for them to draw.
