8/26/11:  Bonjour!  We have a had a great first 2 weeks or so in French!  We have reviewed saying our names, the weather, how we are doing (Ask the children to sing the "Comment ça va?" song for you),  the days of the week, (dimanche, lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, samedi,), numbers 1-20, basic verbs such as sit, stand, be quiet, talk, sing, dance, walk, run, listen, etc. (tout le monde s'assoit, se lève, se tait, parle, chante, danse, marche, court, écoute, etc.).   Soon I will begin introducing vocabulary for the Kindergarten French play, La Petite Poule Rouge (The Little Red Hen).  I enjoy working with your children!  If you have any questions, please e-mail me!  Merci beaucoup!
