Next week, we will read “Earth: Our Planet in Space,” a nonfiction story about Earth and the other planets. Our spelling list will review words with suffixes -ly, -y, -ment, -ful, -able, -ity, -less, -ness, and -sion. Some of the spelling words will be a review of the Latin and Greek roots. The language skill next week is subject/verb agreement.
